bring my silver truck to the mechanic because the battery dial keeps decreasing.

call my bank and find out why some entertainment company has been taking $7 from my account.

Find out who this entertainment place is and call them for resolution.

call capital one (VISA) and see if i can take off or decrease the monthly fees i pay. I need to find out what they are exactly.

study for math exam.

-i went to the mechanic. he tested my battery and it seemed just fine. so it might be the car's comp error.

-i called my bank and they gave me the info. for that entertainment place.

-i called this entertainment place, something i was signed up for through ticktmaster. i told them not only did i not even know about being signed up... but i wanted to dispute all charges. they stopped my membership and as a courtesy refunded $7. however.. they had been taking out $7a month since feb. serves me right for not reading my bank statements carefully.

-visa, i'll call tomorrow.

and im going to go now and find out when i can postpone my jury duty summons from AUG 29th.. (the first day of school) to another time.

ok so.. my boss let one girl go and cut alot of hours. not mine though, because im only working for the season. i'm very happy with my choice to work at the drug store this summer. i've been making about $165 a week and have been able to go to school and maintain a life.

 so this week, my black truck was hit by a RENTED FORT F150. i was actually parked and this guy (who was in the vehincle with his 1 year old, pregnant wife and elderly mother) came speeding down the street and was far too close to the cars. he took of my driver's side mirror. i even saw this jerk coming down the block and i tought he seemed too close. so he stopped, at the red light. i was in the car with my mom (in back) and my boyfriend (in front passenger) - no one was hurt btw. he backed up and parker behind me. he refused to show my his license and registration. and thats when i found out that he had rented this truck from penn. so i called the cops. two hours later the cops came even though i kept calling them to hurry. this arab guy (who hit me) had two friends come down and try to convince me that they were mechanics and would fix my mirror. i refused though because i was mad that he didnt show me license and reg info and i knew they would either run off or hook me up with bootleg pieces. i wanted MY mechanic to replace my mirror and i wanted this guy to pay. i would have filed an accident report but i cant afford for my insurance to go any higher. i called my mechanic and asked him for a quote for the Same mirror to be replaced + the cost of labor + tax. the end price was over $650. the arab gave me $550 from his pocket claiming that was all he had. whatever.. because after we said our "good bye's for ever" i had my mirror fixed. i didnt know that i would not need a KNEW mirror (the whole piece) the mirror case was still in excellent condition i just needed the actual mirror (glass) replace. so the price was only $250 and i'm keeping the extra money. In the end, i'm happy he hit my car because i needed the cash. i know that sounds bad but this guy should have been driving more carefully.

yesterday, my SILVER truck was hit. i was PARKED at brooklyn college on bedford ave. i was sitting in my car becuase i got to school early. all of the sudden this beige jeep-ford-ish 4X4 hit came to close when trying to parallel with the parked cars and hit my mirror too! WHAT THE FUCK! they stopped 3 or 4 cars ahead and i jumped out of my car and ran towards them. they sped off before i could see their license plate #. fortunately they only caused my mirror to fold forward, i just had to fold it back. the girl who was parked behind, who was coincidently in my class, said she saw what happened. so i basically thought about what would have happened if either this vehicle or the pickup truck had hit me worse...i could have been seriously hurt :(

on a lighter note, even though i hate MATH with a passion. in the 1st summer session i got an A in core 5.2 (math). and now i'm taking a math course for the education program..and i'm doing really well in it. i got an A on the first exam so far. yay!

today i went for the speech screening. i was nervous... but it was nothing. i read a passage about a rainbow this grad student. then she asked me personal question to see my responses. (what is your major and why?) then she signed a paper saying that i was exempt from taking any speech courses. hooray.

yesterday julian and i went to riis beach but this time i brough a body board and had a fucking awesome time. the waves at riis are soo much fun. julian makes me laugh pretty hysterically by falling into these monster waves. he'll see one big wave coming and he'll lay down and let the wave conquer him. its soo funny. i love him and i love that he makes me laugh.

So i've officially fallen behind in school work. I have the time and don't use it because i've been distracted. I thought hard about this and realized..i'm distracted by the internet. I'm am going to try my best to avoid being on AOL as  much as possible until i catch up and get alittle bit ahead. The only internet i'll be using will be IE (to check my mail and incase i need to use the net for reasearch).  My Im's are turned off and i put a block on my screen name that only lets me on for 30 minutes at a time.  See the measures i have to take.. i'm crazy!

fair well.. this will be the last entry until..i'm caught up with school.

ps- i saw The Butterfly Effect last night. That movie is pur evil,its just so messed up. I love it.

I also saw Shark Tale- it sucked.
